Our private lessons provide you with a fully customized Pilates experience. These are best for anyone dealing with an injury or chronic pain - or for any student wanting extra attention to help fine-tune their practice.

To practice with just one friend or family member, book semi-private lessons. Together, you will work with a teacher on your shared and individual goals. (Rates shown are per person and both must book an appointment.)

Group
Equipment

In our fun group equipment classes, you will practice in a small group. Classes are currently limited to 3 students, so you will receive individual attention while in the company of others.

Mat
Classes

The Pilates mat work is the foundation of the method. In our mat classes, you will learn the classical exercises and workout order. We will keep it fresh using themes, variations and props. Ideally, you will take this work home with you to do on your own.
